Use Legal Publishing to Build Credibility

All licensed lawyers have a law degree.  So, how do potential clients decide amongst attorneys?  A substantial consideration is an attorney’s demonstrated knowledge and experience in the area of law the client needs assistance with.  Word-of-mouth recommendations are typically just general statement of approval from to one person from another.  Telephone books advertisements usually say even less.  Blog posts and white papers on a firm’s site are far more compelling.  But publishing your legal analysis beside your peers adds even greater legitimacy.
